Muscles for Kids is aimed at children aged 7 to 14, and can be used at home and in the classroom. It's the latest title in the Isygames series of educational apps about the human body, comprising the popular D. Bones, The Amazing Digestive Journey, and Heart and Lungs Lab (recommended by the National Science Teachers Association, NSTA).

The app is divided into three sections: a school-level anatomy atlas showing the main muscles of the musculoskeletal system and their functions, a test module that lets students self-test their learning progress, and an interactive module that explains the basic concepts underlying muscle function

All graphics and texts are aimed at children, but this does not detract from the rigor of the content.
